Ujoie County Subject: Mount Compliance Letter - PASS '(SEERROPOSED CONDITIONS) Sprint Site Name: ISLAND CREST Sprint Site Number: MI54XCO13 10680 South Ocean Drive, Jensen Beach, FL 34957 CY OR g 5 COP Dear Ms. Bryant; C® Our office was requested to perform a structural review of the mounting conditions for proposed equipment to be installed at the above referenced site. It is our understanding that one antenna with one RRU per sector will be installed at an elevation of 138 feet above the ground on the existing rooftop walls. The proposed equipment consists of three (3) sets of the following: • Antenna CommScope TTTT65AP-1XR (63.3"xl2"x4.6" — 33 lbs) and wall mount (17 lbs). • RRH Unit Model FZHJ (8T8R) (8.7" 17A"xl4" —55 lbs) and wall mounts (20 lbs). After evaluating the above conditions, it is our opinion to install each of the antennas (persector) on a 3" diameter standard pipe (L--96") mounted to the wall with two (2) 8" stand-off wall mounts HSS4x4x5/16 (Valmont Part # WWMOI or approved equal). The stand-off support shall be attached to the wall with threaded rods through the wall (1/2" diameter SAE J429, Grade 2) and with an 8x8x%" plate in the interior side of the rooftop / parapet wall. The RRU units shall be installed on the interior side of the parapet wall and attached to the wall with two lines of "unistruf' (12GA) and anchored to the wall. As an option RRU's can be installed on the, proposed mast and/or in a steel frame platform as required. All materials shall be hot dip galvanized steel A36. Refer to the attached Drawings No. S 1 and S2, dated May 21, 2014 for installation details. Powder River Development Services, LLC certifies that proposed equipment support conditions including mounting arms, and/or all other aspects of the structure (except the building structure / walls) are adequate and they will support the proposed equipment, configuration. If any of the existing and/or proposed conditions described on this letter are different, such conditions shall be brought immediately in If you have any additional questions, please feel free to call our office. It is our understanding that the proposed cabinet weights approximately 1,600 lbs. The following is the current loading of the existing platform: • RBS (1) and BBS (1) cabinets 4,500 lbs. • TELCO cabinet 350 lbs. • PPC cabinet 100 lbs. • Misc. (Fiber, disconnect) 500 lbs. The distributed load of the proposed new cabinet is approximately 310 psf. Assuming that the load will be transferred directly to one of the existing W8x24 beam of the frame system with an estimated span of 12 feet, the calculated bending stress ratio and the shear stress ratio are considerably smaller than 1.0. Upon review of the existing conditions and the proposed load our office feels it will be structurally acceptable to install the future Sprint Growth Cabinet as shown in our construction drawings. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to call our office. After evaluating the above conditions, it is our recommendation to install the antennas at all sectors on the existing mount frames (tripods). The antennas shall be installed on two (2) horizontal pipes 3" diameter standard pipe (L=96") mounted to the existing 4.5" diameter mast with heavy duty channel crossover plates (Connect -it Part # CPFH or approved equal) at approximately 36" of separation.
