Our occupant calculation was modified to use the entire building S.F. This put us below
50 occupants for each sex thereby complying with table 403.1 FPC 2017.
Plans Examiner Review
1. All code references have been revised to 2017 FBC. See revised sheet LS-1.
2. Tenant space "D" has been relabeled food processing #2 so tenant space D will
remain business occupancy.
3. The building is classified as non-sprinklered and does not require fire sprinklers.
The County has opted to upgrade the building to install fire sprinklers even
though they are not required.
4. The square footages have been revised to be gross SF as requested and required.
Revised SF are shown on enclosed revised sheet LS-1.
5. The 5 interior doors that are located along the corridor where specified in the
phase 1 YPK Kitchen original building permit. There were specified as solid core
wood 45 minute rated, with 16-gauge steel frame.
