Good morning,
At this time, ERD does not require anything forthe installation of the fence. However, during the review of the parcel I
discovered that property tax ID#: 2312-143-0002-000-8listed on the application is the same ID# for Florida Coastal
Equipment where Kubota is located, yet on the application the project name is listed as All American Trailer Connection.
This lends me to believe that an additional company is planning to open business at this location. Presently, we have no
information about what, if anything, is going to be stored or constructed within this newly fenced area. Additional
review of this property may be necessary once these items have been investigated further.
