I, Marco T. Perez., Florida register Professional Engineer, I have inspected the enclosure of the wall
opening at the address mentioned above, specifically between units 5196 and 5198 and I certify that
this repair was properly done by using the same materials as possible to match the existing conditions
of the wall.
Enclosure breakdown:
2X4 wood studs @ 16" o.c.,
2X4 p.t. wood base plate power fastened to floor
1 layer of 5/8" drywall @ each side and R-11 insulation.
Screwed @ 8" O.C.
this opening enclosure complies with the FBC 2504.1.1 Wood framing and TABLE 2508.1
installation of gypsum construction

RE: Revision for tenant separation in sheet A-3

The reason of this letter is to clarify the revision #3 of the sheet A-3, where previously was submitted
with the wrong information regarding the tenant separation. As stated on the letter of certification..
already submitted, the tenant separation consists of 1 hr. rate wall with 2x4 wood framing and 1 sheet
of 5/8" drywall at each side.
This is a proven assembly No. UL U305., attached to this letter.
Also as a part of the revision 3 the bathrooms interior finish indicates ceramic tile up to 4'

RE: ROOF FASCIA REPAIRS

I, Marco T. Perez., Florida register Professional Engineer, I have inspected the repaired roofing fascia
at the address mentioned above and I certify from the best of my knowledge and professional
judgement that this repair was properly done by using the same materials as possible to match the
existing conditions of the fascia.
5/8" exterior grade P.W. fascia on with 90# felt with wirelath and plaster on 2x4 p.t. blocking. The
affected portion of the blocking 1x3 below the drip edge was also replaced.
In addition, this repair complies with the FBC R 4409.1.2
