Creekside Designs, LLC has reviewed field photographs provided to us of the Sprint
telecommunication antenna installation located at the above -subject site and compared it to the
approved construction drawings prepared by Dewberry Engineers Inc., dated April 04, 2018.
Based upon the comparison, to the best of our knowledge and belief, the antenna and RRU
installation was performed in substantial compliance with the approved construction drawings
and the Florida Building Code, 6°i Edition (2017).
