This report is limited to the analysis of the parapet mount and RRU pipe mount only. The existing structure is a 142 foot tall building located in Jensen Beach, FL. There are currently existing antennas and support equipment mounted to a steel mount on the exterior of the parapet building in sectors Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. The existing installation has an approximate antenna centerline elevation of 128 ft. 2.0 EXISTING & PROPOSED ANTENNAS & EQUIPMENT Currently, each sector has the following equipment: • Sectors Alpha, Beta & Gamma: ➢ One (1) N.V Antenna measuring 72.0"H x 11.8"W x 7.9"D (69.5 lb) ➢ One (1) RRUS 11 B26 measuring 19.7"H x 17.0"W x 7.2"D (50.7 lb) ➢ One (1) RRUS 31 B25 measuring 16.5"H x 11.8"W x 9.3"D (59.5 lb) ➢ Penthouse wall antenna mounts (for antennas). ➢ Separate pipe mounts (for RRUS). ➢ Miscellaneous equipment and cables negligible in weight and profile. The following equipment is proposed for each sector: • Sectors Alpha, Beta & Gamma: ➢ One (1) TTTT65AP-1XR antenna measuring 63.4"H x 12.0"W x 4.6"D (41.0 lb) ➢ One (1) RRUS 82 measuring 23.8"H x 15.0"W x 7.0"D (62.0 lb) —to be mounted on separate pipe mounts ➢ Proposed parapet antenna mount (Site Pro 1 P/N: WMA300) ➢ Miscellaneous equipment and cables negligible in weight and profile. W = design wind load Wsendce = service wind load The following site -specific design parameters were considered in this analysis per the provisions of TIA-222-G: Risk Category: 11 Exposure Category: D Proximity to ocean Design Basic Wind Speed: 127.9 mph 165 mph Ultimate wind speed converted per FBC Gust Effect Factor 1.00 Sect. 2.6.9, TIA Wind Direction Probability Factor 0.95 TIA Table 2-2 Serviceability Wind Speed: 60 mph Sect. 2.8.3, TIA 5.0 CALCULATIONS Calculations for this analysis and the design of the installation are included in Appendices of this Client: Sprint Cascade Number: M154XC013 Project No.:50091893 April 4, 2018 6.0 CONCLUSIONS, COMMENTARY, AND RECOMMENDATIONS The proposed upgrade for this site requires a new wall mount installation to accommodate the proposed antenna equipment. The existing antenna installation was not analyzed for this report. The analysis concludes that the proposed antenna mount has sufficient structural capacity to support the proposed installation. The maximum utilization of a single structural member within the proposed mount under the proposed loading is 9.1%. The analysis concludes that the existing RRH mounting pipe has sufficient structural capacity to support the proposed installation. The maximum utilization of a single structural member within the existing RRH mount under the proposed loading is 53.0%. Dewberry recommends the following mount installation for each sector: • Install Angle wall mount kit (Site Pro 1 P/N: WMA300) spaced a minimum of 3'-6" apart vertically. • 7'-0" long, 2-7/8" O.D. Sch. 40 antenna pipe mast attached to angle wall mount kit. • Attach the wall mount kits to the parapet wall using HIM HY 200 Adhesive Anchoring System with 5/8" diameter HIT-Z(-R) rods with minimum 3-3/4" embedment. • Attach the proposed RRUs back to back behind the existing RRUS-31 on the lower B2B RRU mount of the mounting pipe. This analysis is limited to the proposed antenna mount and existing RRU mounting pipe only. If actual field conditions vary from what was assumed in this analysis, the results and conclusions expressed herein are invalid and further evaluation is recommended for any proposed installation to continue. Dewberry Engineers Inc. reserves the right to add to or modify this report if more information becomes available. The conclusions reached by Dewberry Engineers Inc. in this report are only applicable to the previously mentioned existing structural elements supporting the proposed wireless telecommunications installation. The results of this report are based on the assumption that existing structural elements have been installed per the original design documents, have been well maintained, and are uncompromised. This report does not imply that a thorough inspection of the existing structure has been performed.
