Summerlin's informed us that they still have not received the permit for the crossover and have not
heard back from you after sending the requested comments about the scope of work on May 8. 1 spoke
to Leslie Olson today and she mentioned there was a possibility that Summerlins had not gotten back
to Permitting with responses to your questions. The email string below addressed the questions as I
understood them. Please let me know if there is anything more you need from either myself or
Summerlins, as time is critical for us to construct this structure.
