LESSOR hereby leases to LESSEE a certain site located at in the County of St Lucie, State of Florida, within the property of LESSOR which is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto with grant of easement for unrestricted rights of access thereto and to electric and telephone facilities as more specifically described in the Lease Agreement The Lease Agreement is for a term of twenty (20) years commencing on the date construction of the improvements is begun, which term is subject to two (2) 5-year extension periods by LESSEE - IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Memorandum of Lease as of the day and year.first above written. .
