Install Whiting High Performance SPF (Spray Applied Polyurethane Foam) Roof System
Sections of metal roof that do not already have SPF applied to them. See drawing.
CONTRACTOR TO:
1) Pressure clean existing metal roof.
2) Install galvanized sheet metal over any fiberglass skylight panels.
3) Install sheet metal caps on ridge vents. Vents will be encapsulated with the SPF.
4) Spray apply a minimum of 1.5" of 2.8 lb density SPF to the existing roofing.
5) Coat SPF with an acrylic elastomeric coating (minimum-3 gals per 100 sq. ft.).
ACCEPTING PARTY TO PROVIDE:
1) Water for pressure cleaning.
2) Parcel ID# for obtaining a permit.
TWENTY YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST LEAKS UPON FULL PAYMENT
and
TEN YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST HURRICANE BLOW OFF
Job value: $16,000.00
Existing roof is a standard Butler style metal roof.
Approx. 70 % of the roof already has had the SPF installed to the Butler roof.
(The SPF installations were permitted by the Ft. Pierce Building department)
4,400 square feet of the metal roof has not been done yet.
This is what we are currently contracted to do.
