Letter of Intent — Henry Kreh — Mr. Krell is taking care of. 2. Same as Above. 3. Shoring and Re -shoring Plans. See attached SK-2; revised. This is a general repair drawing that also contains generic shoring details for balcony repair. Standard 5K shoring posts will be utilized for those types of repairs as is common practice. There is no "major shoring" or custom designed heavy duty shoring such as for large column repairs taking more than about 5% of the column cross section that we are aware of at this time. If that should change, we will submit custom shoring plans. 4. Index Sheets - We have added a "sign and seal" block to the Table of Contents to the specifications and are reissuing them. This should serve the purpose of 615G15-23. 5. "Code Box": SK-2; first line of General Notes refers to FBC 2017; 50' Edition. Also reference is made to ICRI Standards, and to ACI 318-14. For SK-1; the weatherwall detail, A box was added containing ASCE7-10, wind load parameters. 6. There are no glass slider replacements under this permit. Any replacements that are necessary will require a separate contract by the Unit Owner, and permit by the glass door contractor. 7.
