CONCRETE REMOVAL SHALL EXTEND ALONG THE BARS TO LOCATIONS ALONG THE BAR FREE OF BOND INHIBITING C_OROSION, AND WHERE THE BAR IS WELL BONDED TO SURROUNDING CONCRETE.
