SCANNED BY St. Lucie County Thank you for your coordination regarding the Office Sports Pub Conditional Use Permit Adjustment at 8583 S. US Highway 1 & associated renovations. The approvals and authorizations granted by Resolution 18-157 were valid until September 4, 2019; however, two building permits associated with commercial renovation have been obtained to 1) complete the interior demolition and 2) Replace HVAC systems in preparation for the overall renovation permit which is ready for issuance. The applicant has maintained active status and permits prior to approval order expiration therefore the adjustment remains active. The applicant must maintain permits, demonstrate progress, and obtain Zoning Compliance upon permit completion. Should the permits expire, prior to completion or Zoning Compliance issuance (for expansion), the order would expire. Permit Snapshot: Ga to Permit Screen Go to Permit Screen !
