Observation of areas to be repaired after removal of deteriorated concrete and exposing rebar. 3. Observation of all cleaned surfaces and cleaned steel rebar prior to coating. 4. Observe all surfaces after coated with rust inhibitors and bonding agent. 5. Observe repaired areas after patching 6. Observe areas after the sealant is applied.
