Hunter Trust is not an investment trust. It is our family trust that was formed for probate purposes. All real estate and assets of my family are in the trust, including the property for which I am seeking to obtain a building permit for. I own and reside at 44 Aqua Ra Drive. I sorry for any confusion this has caused and I am willing , at your request, to provide a copy of the trust documents so that a review of the document will prove that this is not an investment trust but simply another form of a living will. Thank you ahead of time for your attention in this matter. Although you have authority to sign various documents with respect to the property, you cannot pull a building permit as owner builder. You will need to hire a contractor. I have attached abuilding permit application. The contractor needs to be licensed to do the work (windows, aluminum, plumbing, etc) and be registered in St. Lucie County. He needs to sign the building permit application (attached) before a notary in order to proceed with the process. Once this is accomplished you can email the application back to me. Your plan review requested there things from me: 1) How much of the work has been completed in the scope of work, and; 2) Product approvals for the new windows, and 3) Engineered drawings for the screened in porch. I will address your request in order: 1) All of the work has been completed except for painting. 2) I will provide product approvals for the windows on Monday, Novemberl6, 2015. All windows replaced were hurricane impact resistant windows rated at 180 mph and manufactured by the Jeld Wen corporation and purchased at the Home Depot.. I have all documentation in my possession for the windows and will forward all the documentation to you from the Jeld Wen Corporation on 11/16/15. 3) I hired a licensed contractor to install the screening. I was told by the contractor that I did not need a permit or engineered plans because I was only installing two screen walls under an existing carport. The name of the contractor is Oceanside Construction, LLC, 3017 SE Waveband Place, Stuart, FL (Ph. 772-631-8200) (oceansideconstruction.net). If the information provided to me by the contractor was incorrect, I am formally requesting confirmation of this in writing from your office so that I can immediately take legal action against the contractor for providing me with inaccurate information and failing to obtain the required building permits for the installation of the screening. If there is anything else I can do to facilitate the the processing and issuance of the above -reference building permit please contact me immediately. Thank you ahead of time for your attention in this matter, Sincerely, Herbert Wilson, II On Fri, Nov 13, 2015 at 12:48 PM, William Durden <DurdenW@stlucieco.org> wrote: Dear St. Lucie County Permit Applicant, Please seethe attached plan review comments which have been generated for your permit.
