This letter shall serve as verification, in accordance with our agreement as to the extent of our
services in this regard, that the T-Mobile L600/Generator upgrade is substantially complete.
The site is located at 16800 Okeechobee Road, West St. Lucie, FL 34945. The new generator has
been installed on the existing concrete slab. The generator has been anchored to the existing slab per
the manufacturers specifications. The ATS has been installed on the existing utility rack. The existing
V-Fame Boom Gate mount remains unchanged. (6) existing antennas have been removed and
replaced with (3) new antennas. The total number of antennas has changed from (9) to (6). (3)
existing FRIJ RRU's have been removed and replaced with (3) new AHFIB RRU's. (3) existing
FRLB RRU's have been removed and replaced with (3) new AHLOA RRU's. (3) existing FXFB
RRUs remain unchanged. (3) new FRIE RRUs have been installed. (2) new AMOBs have been
installed on a pipe rack adjacent to the cabinets. The existing SSC cabinet has been removed and
replaced with a new VI cabinet. The new 200A breaker for the VI has been installed inside the
existing PPC. The new antennas, cabinets, and RRU's have been grounded to existing tower ground.
The new antennas, cabinets, and RRU's are acceptable as installed.
The work has been reviewed and the upgrade has been completed in accordance with the 61s
Edition (2017) FBC and the permitted plans.
