actually it probably would have been an issue had the exhibit not recited
"SSLP to mount at N. 180 feet' with that notation initialed by the owner.
lets take it by the numbers: The concern of sprint is that since the box
for tower space is not checked, we might not have a legal right to locate on
the tower -just the ground. Its a good point, but consider.
Par 19 states that the exhibits are made a part of the agreement; and
• Exhibit A therefore is as much apart of the document as the text; and
• Exhibit A shows a tower on it; and
` Exhibit A says we are going on at 180 feet; and
• this line is specifically initialled by the owner, and
• the name of the site is Spain TOWER, after all....
so i think the conclusion is inescapable that we are totally fully and
absolutely protected and the issue is a non- issue.

Mike It was brought to my attention that the lease for the above site is not
completely filled in. The upper left comer of the lease document has the
areas that are checked for ground space, tower space, exterior, interior
space, etc. The appropriate box is checked for our ground space, but since
this is a collocation, no tower space elevation was indicated. Lease
Management is concerned that this is not a valid lease and that perhaps
someone should check the tower space box, fill in the correct elevation,
and have the ILL. and SPCS initial this change. I don't want to do something
that is unnecessary. What is your opinion on the lease's validity without
this information being indicated on the front of the lease? Our antenna
location (180') is indicated on the exhibit A. Please advise
