RE: Sedona PUD — Phase 1 Construction
St. Lucie County Stormwater Permit No. 17-02
Engineer's Partial Certification — Southern Portion of Project
Dear Mr. I -lays:
This is to certify that the required infrastructure improvements for the southern portion of the
Sedona PUD Phase 1 project have been completed in substantial conformance with the approved
construction plans and specifications. The completed portion includes the entire stormwater system,
detention pond and outfall, and paving and drainage infrastructure associated with Buildings 13, 14,
15, 16, 18, 19 and 20. The only minor deviation for the partial certification areas follows:
• Minor changes in final grade, and invert elevations for the project
These deviation does not affect the paving and drainage improvements of the site which are
completed in substantial accordance with the approved Construction Plans.
As always, should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at (772)464-3537 or
via the Email address referenced above.

Permitting Department
St. Lucie County
As requested, Fort Pierce UtilltiesAuthority (FPUA) would like to confirm the availability of water
and wastewater service to the above -referenced project. Capacity is currently available for the
78 units proposed in Phase 1 at FPUA's Water Treatment Plant and Water Reclamation Facility,
The capacity reserved is contingent upon an approved supply agreement between the owner and
FPUA, as well as an executed annexation agreement.
Available capacity beyond the 78 units proposed in Phase 1 will be determined and dependent
on a new supply agreement between the owner and FPUA. Said supply agreement will outline
the rights and requirements of the owner and FPUA in any necessary upgrades to existing
facilities, wastewater lift station and/or force main to accommodate additional units.
Sincerely,
Richard Mutterback
