Engineer's Partial Certification — Southern Portion of Project
Dear Mr. Hays:
This is to certify that the required infrastructure improvements for the southern portion of the
Sedona PUD Phase I project have been completed in substantial conformance with the approved
construction plans and specifications. The completed portion includes the entire stor=vater system,
detention pond and outfall, and paving and drainage infrastructure associated with Buildings 13, 14,
15, 16, 18, 19 and 20. The only minor deviation for the partial certification are as follows:
C Minor changes in final grade, and invert elevations for die project
These deviation does not affect the paving and drainage improvements of the site which are
completed in substantial accordance with the approved Construction Plans.
