To Whom It May Concern:
We are the Engineer of Records for the referenced sign location.
Initially the owner wanted a 10'6" x 36' CM, back to back structure print for the existing
location. So we prepared our drawing 73432-RI and that what was submitted. This was
thought to be what was at the site as the existing sign.
After further analysis of the actual sign on the site, we performed an engineering analysis
and provided an updated drawing 73607-R2. You will note this drawing has the same
square foot signage and height but the supports have changed (reinforced per our
analysis). So the structure upon completion will meet the current code requirement and
represents what will have to be changed to the existing sign. The changes were too
numerous to make individual notes, so the drawing was redone but again meets all the
same height, and size requirements as the original print.

We are the engineers of Record for the sign structure at the referenced location.
This is to certify that we have been provided information, such as letters of compliance
from the sign and footing installer and a representative of the sign owner verifying
conformance with the design drawing. We have also been provided and have reviewed
concrete usage reports and proof of performance pictures of the as built structure.
This is to certify, that we have reviewed of all of this information and based on it, to the
best of our knowledge and belief the as built structure is in compliance with the design
drawing # 73607-R2.

We have completed our inspection of the above referenced sign on December 15, 2018, in
accordance with the plans prepared by Effective Engineering Solutions, Ltd., Clifford W.
Leverenz, P.E., drawing no.73607-R2, dated 7/2012018. Our findings indicate the following:
1. The structural steel fabrication and erection is in substantial compliance with the
approved structural plans.
2. All welding has been visually inspected and our findings indicate that all welds are in
substantial compliance with approved structural plans.
3. All bolts have been visually inspected and our findings indicate that all bolts have been
installed in substantial conformance with the approved structural plans.

I talked to Joe and he was.under the understanding that this was a new
structure. What can we put in the system that this is an existing sign that
we are merely installing a digital face on the existing structure. He said we
should even have building prints in the package. What can we do to clear
