Please know I observed the work during preparation, prior to pouring and after forms were removed. As such I
personally found the red iron steel, the bolting, welding, the rebar, concrete and other related work completed
to sound trade standards and completed per my permitted plans._
Please know on my return I will provide this in letter form with my seal and signature.
