USA Engineering, Inc. is pleased to submit this "Site Inspection Letter' for the above referenced project.
The inspection was done to determine if the tower installation was installed in compliance with "USA
Engineering" engineered drawings consisting of eleven (1 I) -sheets dated May 16, 2018. Please note that
this inspection is only for the work performed on the tower. Ground work is not included in this inspection.
Description of Inspected Items:
The inspected installation consisted of the following:
SCANNED
1) (3)- New Antennas (1 per sector); BY
2) (3)- New RRUS-82 (1 per sector).
3) (1)- New Antenna Mount; St. Lucie County
4) Mount Modifications.
Deviations from Permitted Drawings:
The permitted drawings called for additional antennas and radios that were not installed at the time of
inspection..
Results of Inspection:
It is my professional opinion based on review of photos that the tower mounted equipment has been
installed structurally in accordance with the permitted plans referenced above. in doing so, the tower
installation is in compliance with the Florida Building Code.
