Permit No Dear Mr. Peterson: This letter shall serve as certification that to the best of our knowledge and belief, the above described construction of all structural load -bearing components complies with the permitted documents, and the shoring and reshoring conforms to the shoring and reshoring plans submitted to the enforcement agency. Threshold inspections for the above referenced project were performed from July 5'h, 2018 through September 26"i, 2018. Copies of all field reports were distributed to the Property Management, General Contractor and to the St. Lucie County Building Department. If you have any questions, please call our office.
