Angela,
My apologies for the delayed response. ERD has no comments or issues with the fence extension.
Thanks,

Ladies,
Above mentioned fence permit was issued in 2018 for Liberty Baptist Church. The final inspection failed because they
went further with the fence at the West side of the parking than originally approved. They were approved up until the
gate but went all the way to the property line. Does your Department have an issue with that or can we final the permit?
Please let me know.
I will be out next week, in case you are not able to answer today please include Angela in your answer.
Thank you,

RE: Expired Permit- Building Permit No. 1806-0540
Job Location: 3660 W. Midway Rd. ^^
To Whom It May Concern:
I have tried several times via email and telephone to contact you regarding this expired permit. I
requested an extension via email 4 times with no answer. I am instead writing you a letter in hopes it
will get through to you. Please let me know you received this. I would like to request an extension on
Permit Number lAgM— AQyLong ago when the job was completed, was my first day on the job in the
permitting department. I went online, scheduled the final inspection, it passed and I receive notification
it had passed. We invoiced and filed the job away as completed. However, when I received the Permit
Expiration Notice from you, upon research, when I go online and log in and look this permit up, it now
has a 2nd final inspection which it is allowing me to schedule. I have no idea why, I have never seen that
before, I don't know how the original final can be approved and closed out and then another final?
Which keeps the permit active and causes it to expire? Can you please give me some guidance and help
me with this situation? I need to know what the next steps are and how I can finally get this permit
closed for the Church.
I appreciate your time and attention to this matter. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Julie II
