Moving kitchen to Dining area and making the existing kitchen a
bedroom with closet. Will be moving kitchen cabinets, sink and
appliances to the East side of the proposed wall as shown on
drawing.
Will have electrician relocate outlets to be lowered in the new
bedroom and to have the oven outlet moved to the new
kitchen area. Will have the new kitchen area outlets raised to
counter height.
Will move existing kitchen sink plumbing on west side of wall as
shown on drawing just to the east side of wall in same location
of new kitchen proposed area.
Will close off wall above kitchen sink only —small area
Electrician - $2000.00
Possibly new cabinets-$1000.00
New countertops-$2500.00
Carpet-$1000.00
