Tower Engineering Professionals (TEP) is pleased to submit this 1°Certificate of Compliance" to St. Lucie County
for the special inspection performed on February 26, 2019 at the subject structure. The purpose of the inspection was
to verify proper installation and material use of Verizon equipment upgrades on the existing tower platform mount as
detailed in the documents listed below.
• Construction Drawings by Tower Engineering Professionals (Job No. 67096.101272), dated June 21, 2019.
• Structural Analysis by Tower Engineering Professionals (Job No. 67096.162311) dated March 20, 2019.
The purpose of this letter is to confirm that all required final reports have been received, reviewed, and accepted as
complete by TEP. The inspection was in accordance with 2017 FL Building Code (6' Edition). Based on our
observations, we have determined the construction and materials meet the requirements. To the best of my
knowledge and belief, the construction of all load bearing components comaly with the permitted documents.
