The site falls between the 150 mph and 160 mph ultimate wind speed contours for risk category II building and other structures in the 2017 Florida Building Code. A 157 mph ultimate wind speed was determined using linear interpolation per the Florida Building Code. In ordertc analyze the tower in TIA-222-G code, the ultimate wind speed must be converted to basic wind speed using equation 16-33 in chapter 16 of the 2017,Florida Building Code where VBasic= Witirnate * Sgrt(0.6).
