This letter is to confirm that we have completed our analysis of the applied wind
pressures to the roof of the above referenced project, Our analysis is based on the Florida
Building Code 2017, 61h Ed, referencing ASCE 7 —10. The wind velocity is 170 mph,
risk category II, exposure B, GCpi = +.18,-.18, and the pressures are compatible with
allowable stress design. (Ultimate pressures can be obtained by dividing the given
pressures by 0.6).
Pressure at comers: -73.20 psf
Pressure at roof edges: -53.74 psf
Pressure at interior zone:-34.2 psf
