Construction drawings were produced on 7-12-18. CSM also performed ongoing inspections during the renovation of the seawall system. The inspections included the following: 1: Bridge and boat ramp area renovations 2. Seawall renovations to concrete cap and batter piles I hereby certify that the seawall restorations were constructed in conformance with the FBC 2017 Oh Edition and CSM drawings dated 7-12-18. Certify means to state or declare a professional opinion based upon the As -Built Seawall Structures. Certify does not mean or imply a guarantee by the engineer nor does an engineer's certification relieve any other party from meeting requirements imposed by construction, age, original material strength, or other means, including meeting commonly accepted industry construction practices.
