Summary of Changes
1. Revised Permit Application: Changed type of work from Commercial to Residential, provided a more detailed scope
of work including all lot number in which the emergency repairs will be done, full scope of work for the repairs to
be performed on the bridge, and expounded on what the common area repairs were. Added a scope of work page
attached to the application.
2. Nettles Island Emergency Repair Permit Packager Revised page 3 to include all the lot numbers that are on the
plans.
3. FDEP Permit: Ferreira Construction has applied for a Self -Certification Exemption with FDEP on 7/17/18 and have
been in contact with FDEP. We have been notified that is meets the requirements for an exemption and should be
completed by 8/17/18. We will provide the exemption letter as soon as it is received.
4. GC License: Up to date GC License was sent to St. Lucie County Code Compliance/Contractor Licensing on 7/16/18

Bridge repairs to include spall repair to overhead and bridge support, anode installation, sheet pile cleaning and coating,
grout fill of a hollow core panel.
Common Area Batter pile repairs include demolition of portions of the existing cap, installation of new 10" concrete batter
piles with new cap in the same footprint and pile jackets.
