A.S.D. DESIGN WIND LOADS ARE +64.9, ZONE) AND +68.2,-60.8 —118.5 PSF (END ZONE) & +64.9, —65.1 PSF (INTERIOR ZONE) FOR ACCORDION SHUTTERS, AND +58.2,-99.8 PSF (END PSF (INTERIOR ZONE) FOR 4"X8" FRAMING TUBING, BASED ON 170 M.P.H. WIND SPEED, EXPOSURE D, KD=0.85, GCPI=0.18; AND RISK CATEGORY II BUILDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609 OF THE 2017 (6th EDITION) FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. 3. A.S.D. DESIGN LOADS INDICATED ABOVE SHALL ONLY BE USED FOR OPENINGS INDICATED ON PLAN SHEETS, THAT BELONG TO THE TENANT NAME INDICATED BELOW. 4. ALL STRUCTURAL ALUMINUM EXTRUSION THIS DRAWING. ALL STEEL TO BE GALVANIZED G-60. WELDING OF GALVANIZED STEEL SHALL CONFORM TO ASTM D 19.0. ALL STEEL BOLTS TO BE 304 SERIES OR HIGHER STAINLESS STEEL. ALL SELF DRILLING SCREWS TO BE ITW BUILDEX STAINLESS STEEL 1/4" DIAMETER. 6. CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS, FLOOR SLAB (ABOVE EXISTING SOFFIT) AND WALL CONDITIONS AT SITE BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE WORK AND SHALL NOTIFY THIS ENGINEER SHOULD ANY DISCREPANCIES BE FOUND THAT MIGHT ALTER THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF THESE ACCORDION SHUTTERS & SUPPORTING FRAME BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE WORK. 7. THIS EXISTING SOFFIT SHALL BE RECONSTRUCTED AT THESE AREAS AFTER INSTALLATION OF ABOVE MENTIONED STRUCTURAL MEMBERS IS COMPLETED. RECONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN OF NEW SOFFIT AREAS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 2017 (6th EDITION) FLORIDA BUILDING CODE DESIGN OF NEW SOFFIT AREAS TO BE RECONSTRUCTED IS NOT BY THIS OFFICE.
