The exhibit attached showed a viable location, with the note of the 3ft. landscape area around the base.
They can shift the sign south a little, into the landscape buffer, to minimize the probability of the parked cars impacting
the view for south bound traffic on US 1. It is the Utility Easement that presents issues.

Please find attaced email fron Kristopher show the approved location for the BK Monument sign. I believe this
location matches the location on the site plan submitted. I will have someone come by and markthe 18" set

Hi Lance,
I have attached the approved Site Plan for the project to this email. Please note that the required setback for the
sigh is 18 inches from the Right of Way, and will require a aft landscape buffer around the perimeter of the
sign.
