Please note Publix signs the building permit application as tenant having leasehold interest in the property.
See attached definition from FI Statues 713 for owners having "leasehold" interest.
The Notice of Commencement is also signed by Publix ( as owner having "leasehold" interest) with Landlord listed as fee
simple title holder.
