Based on the observations, it is our opinion that the saw cut areas are firm and unyielding and have been compacted in substantial accordance with the referenced contract documents, and that the foundation soils will therefore support design loads. As requested, the testing and inspections were performed in general accordance with the Florida Building Code, as amended, for the specific areas requested to be inspected which included: • Manual Compaction Effort for Trench Backtill • Structural Steel Inspections (Welding) In accordance with the requirements of the State of Florida, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the building components and site improvements inspected and tested, as defined in the approved contract documents, have been constructed In substantial compliance with the Florida Building Code, permitted contract documents and as modified or approved by the engineers of record. All of the items found to be deficient and noted within our project punch -list have been corrected satisfactorily.
