A deposit of 50 % - ( $ 12,622 ) is due to begin.
A draw of 40 % - ( $ 10,098 ) is due the day the gem finish is installed.
A final draw of 10 % - ( $ 2525 ) is due when the pool is circulating.
The Gem finish for commercial pools has a ( 5 ) — Five year manufacturers warranty.
Weekly service records must be kept to enforce warranty.
We will need gate access , close parking, access to water, access to multiple electrical
outlets and someone to monitor the pool as it fills.
Contractor is not responsible for any unknown or unforeseen issues that may arise during
the normal course pool renovations, weather delays, or additional improvements that the
Building Department and /or Health Department demand to meet code requirements.
We intend to begin the pool work on August 8, 2018
And complete the work on or by August 22, 2018
