constructed in substantial conformance with the design documents and specifications as duly noted in our
field reports.
Site Visits & Threshold Inspection Reports for the above referenced project were performed from August
23, 2019 to October 31, 2019. Copies of all field reports were distributed to Property Management, the St.
Lucie County Building Department, the Contractor, and the Engineer of Record.

OBSERVATIONS:
All repairs have been competed in substantial compliance with the design and permitted plans.
The deck coating and stucco repairs are complete.
The guard rails have been re -anchored with new stainless steel bolts and caps where the edge was repaired.
The shutters and tracks have been re -installed.
