referenced project. We would appreciate your notifying the Building Department regarding
compliance with the Condition No. 5 Resolution 01-133.
K.D. Construction has entered into contract arrangements for the construction of portions of Prima
Vista Boulevard, as covered under the document, but at present, we have not received an Impact Credit
Agreement from the County. We hope that the Impact Credit Agreement will not influence the ability
of the project to commence construction.
