SET UPAND INSTALLATION OF SINGLE WIDE SHED
1. BUILDING IS PLACED IN REQUESTED LOCATION ON SCHEDULE 40 P.V.C. TO ALLOW FOR
MOVEMENT TO PLUM OR SQUARE UNIT TO HOUSE, FENCE, PROPERTY LINE, ETC.
2. ONCE UNIT IS SQUARE AND THE HIGH SPOT OF THE GROUND IS ESTABLISHED THE
BUILDING IS SLOCKED.ON HIGH SPOT AND LEVELED. THE OTHER END OF THE BUILDING IS
BROUGHT UP TO LEVEL AND BLOCKED THEN THE CENTER OF THE BUILDING IS BROUGHT UP
TO LEVEL, BLOCKED, AND THEN SHIMMED.
3. AFTER THE BUILDING IS LEVEL, MORE BLOCKS ARE ADDEOTO ACHIEVE THE CORRECT
SPACING.
4. ANCHOR PLACEMENT IS ESTABLISHED BY WIDTH OF BUILDING. HOLES ARE DRILLED
THROUGH THE 2 x 4 BOTTOM PLATE WITH VY AUGER BR AND THE EYEBOLT IS FASTENED
INTO PLACE THE HOLE IS DUG FOR 30' EARTH ANCHOR AND BACK FILLED. THE EYEBOLT
AND AUGER ANCHOR ARE FASTENED NTH 12' x 7 BOLT,
S. IF UNIT IS TO BE ATTACHED TO CONCRETE SLAB, THE -BUILDING IS SET ON SLAB SHIMMED
UP TO LEVEL A WIT HOLE IS DRILLED WITH HAMMER DRILL INTO CONCRETE 1-1/Y OFF RIM
JOIST. THE EYEBOLT IS FASTENED THROUGH BOTTOM PLATEAND AN'L'BRACKET OR
SIMPSON STRAP IS PLACED OVER THE WIT WEDGEANCHOR, A 1/7x Y BOLT IS THEN
FASTENED THROUGH THE EYEBOLTANO'L'. BRACKET.
6. IF NO FLOOR UNITSUILDING IS USED, ANCHOR WITH SIT x 5' WEDGE ANCHOR CENTERED
BETWEEN EVERY WALL STUD.
SET UP AND INSTALLATION OF DOUBLE WIDE SHED
1. BUILDING IS PLACED IN REQUESTED LOCATION. THEFIRSTSECTION OFTHE DOUBLE
WIDE IS PLACED ON HIGHESSLOCATION ON GROUND AND IS LEVELED UP.
2 BLOCKS ARMEN PLACED AT THE END,CENTER, AND OTHER END TO LEVEL. ONCE THE
BUILDING IS LEVEL, BLOCKS ARE AOOED TO ACHIEVE THE CORRECrSPACING,
3. THE NEXT SECrlON OFTHE SHED IS BACKED INTO PLACEAND UNLOADED PARALLEL
WITH THE FIRST SECTION. THE TWO SECTIONS ARE CONNECTED ATTHE LOWER CORNER
WITH (1)1/2' x 4-12" BOLT. THE SECOND SECTION IS THEN LEVELED AND THE OTHER BOLT
HOLES LINED UP AND BOLTSPLACED AND nGHTENED.4THE REST OF THE BLOCKING IS THEN
COMPLETED. THIS PROCEDURE iSiZ&EATED; f OR MU_LTIPLESECTION SHEDS, UNDLALL
SECTIONS ARE IN PLACE.
4. GROUND ANCHORS ARE THEN ADDED. (SEE NOTE 5 FOR SINGLE WIDE INSTALLATION)
5. ONCE BUILDING IS PROPERLY BLOCKED AND BOLTED TOGETHER, THEE
BRACING IS REMOVED. -

Maximum allowable uplift 2,000# or equivalent-
2. Anchoring system to ground per beat building cad. (by dealer). LO"R anchor per Table 4 through the hohan plate.
3. Anchors shall be placed through the boh= plate and floor system.
