As soon as we receive the modified plans and any additional required documentation back from the design professional , contractor or owner we will perform the additional reviews as necessary in order to complete the plan review process. Once the plans have been signed, by all applicable plan reviewers, we will move the permit forward either to the Fire Department or back to permitting for permit issuance. Joe Cicio From: Joe Cicio Sent: Monday, April 06, 2015 4:43 PM To: Monica Graziani Cc: Monica Barrios; Carl John Peterson; Joe Cicio Subject: Permit Number 1410-0193 Monica, Mr. Buchheit of Best Buy Vehicles came in for a meeting with me today and we went over his review comments dated from November 10, 2014. 1 only have a few structural comments to be addressed by his engineer which were left off of the draftsman's plans. We called Greg Smyth, our plumbing reviewer, in to the meeting to discuss the plumbing comments of which after speaking to Greg those comments were eliminated. Mr. Buchheit had stated that he would not need any of the required mechanical documents because there had been a separate permit issued for the [ same for same ] change out of mechanical equipment which had been found to be not the case as this is a new installation of a mechanical system . He said that he would contact his mechanical contractor to have this corrected. Monica Barrios will follow up with the case information. Thank You fod eA" Wt.
