Thank you for the opportunity to bid the roofing maintenance at the above referenced site. Our scope of work
includes the following:
1 . Tear off existing balcony roof down to sheathing boards and remove debris from jobsite.
2. Nail existing sheathing to code as needed.
3. Install 1 -ply Polyglass SAV direct to deck.
4. All flashings to be 16zo copper.
5. Install I -ply Polyglass SAP over SAV. All laps to be heat welded.
TotaI Price — $2,350.00
Terms: 100% due upon completion
