Attached please see the Board ofAdjustment approval from 1997 for specific allowance of the signs at FlyingJ.
- Based on your proposal and the original approval sign A can't be higher than 100'total. The total sign faces on this sign can't exceed 1068 sf. please be
aware that the digital price cabinets can't be larger than a total of30 sf. please provide the measurements on the plans.
- Sign Es on your proposal is in the wrong area. The sign is located at the SW corner of the property (N Kings Hwy -Orange Ave). sign will need to stay at that
location. The total allowed sign face is 200 sf, the digital price cabinet can't be larger than 30 sftotal. Please show measurements on the plan.
- Sign C has also max allowance of 200 sf sign face.
- Sion D wall sign was originally 80 sf, proposed sign ok
- Sion F size is ok
- Sign G size is ok
. Sign H I could not find in the resolution. The property was approved to have 5 interior directional signs of 9 sf. so this sign will need to be reduced to 9 sf.
