Dear Mr. Johnson,
We have inspected the beams, columns, and framing, locations where deteriorated concrete and
corroded steel repairs have been performed. All structural work on this project has been
substantially completed with compliance to the project specifications.
As per FBC 110.8.4. 1, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the above described construction of
all load bearing components complies with the permitted documents, and the shoring and reshoring
plans submitted to the enforcement agency.
