PLEASE SEE ST LUCIE COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE CHAPTER 7.10.15 (G ) ALL UNMANNED ACCESS CONTROLS FOR REQUIREMENTS OF A GATE AND DISTANCE TO ROAD. The provisions of this section do not apply to our site access gate. Ours is simply a basic roll gate that will be opened and closed at the start and close of business, accordingly. 12. PLEASE RELOCATE THE HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE CLOSER TO THE BUILDING AND AWAY FROM THE GATE. The handicapped parking space is located in accord with shortest path requirements for compliance with ADA standards. Relocation as suggested would result in a violation of those standards.
