This document shall serve to state that Jeld-Wen products tested in accordance with ASTM E84-05 as per the 51h Edition
Florida Building Code sha I I be qualified for the requirements of the 6`1 Edition Florida Building Code.
The testing on the products complies with the requirements specified within the ASTM E84-13 standard, as required by
the 6d` Edition Florida Building Code. This standard is listed under chapter 35 of the current Florida Building Code and
titled "Standard Test Method for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials".
ASTM E84-13 has been reviewed and determined to be technically equivalent to ASTM El All test results meet or
exceed requirements of the 6' Edition Florida Building Code.
