2018. It was ' communicated to GPD Group by Vericon Construction Company, and understood
that GPD Group will provide a letter approving the observation list provided by the St. Louis
County Planning & Development Services. The demolition and construction of the project was
observed, and to my reasonable knowledge, was in general accordance with the previously
approved and permitted construction documents. The observations required as a part of this
project are as follows:
- Compaction Test
- Slab
- Termite Spray (No proposed concrete within 1 foot of exterior walls, therefore the
termite spray inspection was removed)
- Handicapped Approach
- Parking/Handicap Sign & Stripes
- Handicap Ramp
- Final Site Survey - Office
