The following information was provided to us for the analysis: • The proposed antenna mount information was obtained from the Mini Macro Project Construction Drawings prepared by Foresite Group, dated August 16, 2018. • The proposed antenna loading information was obtained from the Sprint RFDS, dated July 13, 2018. Please note that this analysis is predicated on the assumptions and conditions stated herein. Any deviations from these parameters render this analysis null and void. This analysis does not consider construction loads including but not limited to rigging loads, erection loads, or falling impact loads. Proposed Mount Members 32.8% Sufficient Proposed Mount Plates 32.2% Sufficient Based on our analysis, we conclude that the proposed Antenna Pipe Mount meets the requirements of the 2017 Florida Building Code, 61" Edition and TIA-222-G standard for the proposed loading. Our analysis was based on the following design criteria. - Analysis Standard - Basic Wind Speed - Exposure Category - Structural Category - Topographic Category - Mount Man Load 2017 Florida Building Code, 6`' Edition / TIA-222-G 160 mph (Ultimate 3-second gust wind speed) C — Open Terrain 1—No abrupt changes in general topography NOT APPLICABLE APPURTENANCE LOADING _ Table 1— Final Sprint Loading Summary (Proposed appurtenances are highlighted in bold type) Appurtenance Elevation (AGL) Quantity Alpha Wireless AW3477-51 43 ft 1 Airspan iRelay 460 41 ft 1 Nokia 473603A Radio w/Integrated GPS 34 ft 1 • Antenna Mount ASTM Specifications (Assumed) - Pipes ASTM A53 Gr. B with min. yield strength of 46 ksi - Bolts ASTM A325 • Welding Standard - AWS D1.1 Photo 1— Existing Billboard 2 of Ms. Michelle Resch MI90XSRRL, Florida August 22, 2018 Mount Analysis Report & Structural Opinion Letter GROUNDLINE MOMENT COMPARISON Existing Billboard Proposed Antenna %Increase Moment @ Groundline Moment @ Groundline Front Area 634.0 kip-ft 4.5 kip-ft 0.71% Side Area 122.8 kip-ft 4.5 kip-ft 3.67% The proposed appurtenances for this upgrade will be attached to the existing billboard as shown in the Construction Drawings prepared by Foresite Group. This addition will represent a negligible change in the weight of the structure (<0.1%) and will have a minimal impact on the moment of the structure, see table above for groundline moment comparison. Per the current code criteria, any alterations to the existing structure cannot increase the force in any structural element by more than 5%with respect to gravity load and 10% with respect to lateral load. We conclude that the existing billboard structure is adequate to support the proposed Sprint loading. CONCLUSIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS Based on our analysis, we conclude that the proposed Antenna Pipe Mount and the existing Billboard structure meet the requirements of the 2017 Florida Building Code, 61h Edition and TIA-222-G standard for the proposed loading. Please note that this analysis is predicated on the assumptions and conditions stated herein. Any deviations from these parameters render this analysis null and void. This analysis does not consider construction loads including but not limited to rigging loads, erection loads, or falling impact loads. Refer to the RISA output attachment for stress results on specific mount members. Attachments: 1.
