Dear Mr. Linton: As you are aware, Crown Communication Tue. ("Lessee") is the Lessee under the Lease. Lessee is the owner and operator of shared wireless communication facilities. In order to better serve the public, minimize the amount of towers in an area where a Lease is located, and/or improve the financial viability of a site, Lessee plans to modify AT&T Mobility's equipment at the wireless communication facility. Pursuant to Paragraph two (2) of your First Amendment to Lease Agreement, Lessee is required to obtain your consent to modify the existing equipment, which consent cannot be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Lessee, therefore, respectfully requests your consent. Please indicate your consent by executing this letter where indicated below and return one original of same to me at the address indicated above.
