The existing exhaust grilles have been indicated on Sheet A-104. Item #3: 11/13/18: Plumbing Reviewed By: Andy Wentz Comment: Need a High/Low Drinking Fountain per table 403.1 Florida Plumbing Code 6th Edition Comment: Need a service sink per table 403.1 Florida Plumbing Code 611 Edition Comment: Bathrooms are required to have hot water per 406.1 Florida Plumbing Code 6" Edition Response #3: Drinking fountain added to plumbing plans adjacent to existingjanitor closet. Approximate location of existing water heater has been added to the revised plumbing plan. Item #4: 11/9/18: Plans Examiner Reviewed By: William Durden Comment: Please submit a detail for the installation of the new concrete boxes to be installed with a detail for the concrete repair. See section 107 of the 2017 Florida Building Code. Comment: Room 117 does not meet the accessibility requirements of Chapter 3, section 304. Please correct and resubmit. Comment: Please note all exterior signage to will need to be permitted separately. Response #4: See detail 4/A105 for concrete patch detail. See Room 117 on A103 for updated ADA compliance.
