On October 30, Engineering received the revised plans signed and sealed on October 17, 2018 by Randall Rogers, P.E., Velvon Engieering. The plans are significantly differing from, the previously reviewed plans at DRC. 2. The plan set shall include a copy of the site topographic survey. 3. The plan set shall include a copy of the landscape plans. As discussed and provided in my email on October 9, any revised plan should include no conflicts with the landscape plan. This plan appears to eliminate the landscaping. , 4. Provide a grading plan for the driveway, area between the road and eastern property line and at the northern M.E.S. 5. A minimum five foot (5') deep turnout shall be provided beyond the western most parking space for the width of the minimum allowable access aisle. 6. Planning should review the requirements and applicability of the parallel parking spaces. 7. The new northerly property boundary does not appear to include the previous buffer. 8. Cross Section A-3, appears to indicate asphalt for the paved area. Please clarify. 9. Provide a saw cut -butt joint detail. 10. The driveway slopes shall flow a minimum of 2% from the edge of travelway to the low point in the driveway, a minimum of four feet (4') from the edge of travel. 11. The revised plan appears to eliminate potential stormwater runoff requirements. A SW permit or modification is required from SLC Water Quality Division. 12. A separate utility connection permit has been issued for the site. The County Engineering Division representative must be present during the WM tap.
