Please be advised, that I have inspected the drywall replacement at the aforementioned location and
certify to the best of my ability and belief that the construction meets or exceeds the applicable portions
of the FBC 2017 to every extent possible. The drywall was replaced due to a flood caused by a burst
pipe in the custodial storage room and also affected the common kitchen area. No framing was harmed
or replaced.
