Install Whiting High Performance SPF (Spray Applied Polyurethane Foam) Roof System
On the new Dunkin Donuts store at east end of plaza
CONTRACTOR TO:
1) Remove existing modified bitumen roof down to the lightweight cement deck.
2) Install Securock Gypsum recovery board over the lightweight cement deck.
3) Spray apply a minimum of 1" of 2.8 lb density SPF to roof.
The SPF will terminate at the top inside edge of the parapet walls.
4) Coat SPF roof with elastomeric coating at a rate of 3 gallons per 100 sgft.
5) Apply a protective elastomeric coating to the SPF at a rate of 3.0 gallons per 100 sgft.

Existing roof membrane is a granulated modified bitumen over lightweight cement.
3100 square feet of flat deck surrounded by a short parapet wall on E', S', & W' sides.
Roof deck is sloped to the rear north edge. Drains into a gutter. No ponding on the roof.
